We're sure you'll love our products. However, if you change your mind, we are happy to guide you through our worry-free return / exchange process.
For regular price items, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We can only accept items that are returned unworn and undamaged with tags still attached. An in-home try-on is perfectly acceptable.
All markdown items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For US returns and exchanges, simply contact us at email@example.com to request a prepaid shipping label. Returns must be mailed to: Avesso, 2416 West Victory Blvd., Suite #168, Burbank, California 91506. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged when shipped without our prepaid shipping labels.
We currently offer free returns for US customers only and are working hard to offer free returns for the rest of you.
Once we receive the returned items and confirm their condition, we will either credit the purchase back to the original form of payment, or exchange the items. We cannot guarantee stock. If an item requested is not available, we will credit the purchase back to the original form of payment.
